If the dog's owner is 70 years or older... the license fee will be waived. Please submit a self-addressed stamped envelope and your request for a dog license and we will mail it to you!
(Late fee will apply if licensed after April 30th)

Dog Licenses expire April 30th of every year.
A late fee of $50.00 per dog begins May 1st.

A Dog License Renewal reminder is mailed out every January.
It is attached to the bottom of your Census (Annual Street List).

***When you return your Census to the Town Clerk's office, include the Dog License Renewal form, a copy of current rabies vaccination, and a check for the appropriate amount made out to the Town of Deerfield. We will then mail you a new Dog License along with any Vet paperwork that you included!***
