Applications, Permits & Fees

Board of Health Permit Applications are accepted *only* through our electronic permitting system. If you do not have access to a computer, a self-service kiosk is available in the Town Municipal Offices at 8 Conway Street, Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. Inspections Department staff will assist you, if needed.

Please note that all annual permits expire on December 31st unless otherwise noted.

All temporary food service permits must be received 14 days prior to the event.
