- November 1, 2025 - Application Deadline (If delayed, see Late Application Policy and notify the Chair by email at kathyms2013@gmail.com)
- November 7, 2025 - Check the Town website to verify your application has posted to the CPC page
- November 12, 2025 - Review of Submitted Proposals/Info. Session (Applicants encouraged to attend)
- March 4, 2026 - Final Recommendations and Approval (Applicants should attend)
- March 19, 2026 - Provisional Meeting as needed (optional)
- April 2026 - Recommendations presented and voted at Town Meeting-Date TBD
