What Will Your Biweekly Deduction Be?
- Employee's monthly cost x multiply by 12 (for the yearly cost) and divide by number of pay periods throughout the year.
- Non-School Employees = 26 pays
- School Employees = 22 pays (Deerfield does not take out deductions over the summer for school employees)
- Example: HMO Single Plan Employee Cost = $352.45 / month
- Non-School Employee = 352.45 x 12 = $4,229.40 / 26 pays = $162.68 / paycheck
- School Employee = 352.45 x 12 = $4,229.40 / 22 pays = $192.26 / paycheck
